Bristol West Ensures Protection of Information Systems Network with SolventView Integrated Security Management Platform

NEW YORK & WOODBURY, N.Y.--April 14, 2005--Secured Services Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SSVC), the Company, and Allegent Technology Group, today announced that Bristol West (NYSE:BRW) has installed SolventView(TM), Allegent's groundbreaking network security technology, to provide integration and central control of the network security management, monitoring, and incident response operations for their information systems nationwide.

"We were looking for a log management system and soon discovered Allegent's SolventView. After looking further into the product, we were able to utilize this tool for several other security initiatives such as implementing an intrusion detection system and automatic customized reporting. By centralizing logs, monitoring network intrusion anomalies and receiving daily-customized reports, I am able to answer the primary security question of who is doing what and when," said Joe Daw, information security manager at Bristol West. "Bristol West now has a system that monitors and manages the environment for both security and certain compliance (SOX) initiatives. The return on investment has been three-fold."

SolventView was used to protect the networks at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Greece and is deployed at Fortune 1000 companies. The Allegent team had anticipated the impact of coordinated threats from multiple vectors and designed the technology to integrate disparate security solutions into a central "Command and Control Dashboard" that could scale to deliver large enterprise-wide network security responses in real time. This integration and scale capability enables SolventView to provide proactive protection and a holistic view of network security, something others vendors have yet to achieve.

Allegent has entered into a definitive Letter of Intent to merge with Secured Services, a publicly traded leader in identity and access management security software and services. The Secured Services Identiprise(TM) product is a comprehensive and robust software platform that can easily integrate with the SolventView Security Dashboard for central management of user identity and access control. "The synergy of this merger has already been demonstrated, as a number of Allegent clients have committed to implementing the Identiprise platform," said Richard Hershman, CEO of Allegent.
